TYPHOON EGAY CONTINUES TO WEAKEN OVER THE LUZON STRAIT WEST OF BATANES
The center of the eye of Typhoon “EGAY” was estimated based on all available data at 195 km West of Basco, Batanes (20.2°N, 120.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h.
Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
