President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos, Jr. awards the No Objection Letter No. 2 (NOL2) to four municipalities with proposed farm-to-market road subprojects in region 12. The NOL2 was personally awarded by President Marcos to the Local Chief Executives and their representative during his visit in Alabel, Sarangani Province today, April 11, 2025, where he subsequently launched the Agri-Puhunan at Pantawid Program and turned-over farm machineries and equipments to Farmer Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs).
The NOL2 were awarded to the municipalities of Tampakan for the Concreting of San Isidro-Buto FMR with Bridge Subproject amounting to PhP148 M, Surallah for the Concreting of Sitio Labas-Datal-Banate-Buyos-Siop FMR Subproject amounting to PhP233M, Polomolok for the Concreting of Purok Kalyong-Bukay Eel-Guaza-Buluan-Bato-Paradise, Landan FMR Subproject amounting to PhP261 M, and President Roxas for the Concreting of Greehill-Camasi FMR Subproject amounting to PhP128 M.
The No Objection Letter 2 marks a significant milestone to the Proponent Groups, as this signifies that the Subprojects are now ready to be implemented and will soon reap the benefits of rural development and the economic impact that comes with it. (
