In his relentless drive to personally see to it that El Niño-hit Filipinos in Mindanao get help from the government, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. himself distributed on Friday a total of PhP110 million in cash assistance to the local governments of General Santos, South Cotabato, and Sarangani Province.
