The Philippine Rubber Research Institute (PRRI) and the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office XII (DA-RFO XII) are strengthening their collaboration with a new land grant paving the way to further improve the rubber industry in Region 12.
On December 14, a meeting was held between DA 12 OIC-Regional Executive Director John Pascual and Executive Director Cheryl Eusala.
During the said meeting, the DA 12 pledged another 10 hectares of its area at Aroman Research Experiment Station in Carmen, Cotabato, to be used by the PRRI as a rubber nursery and will serve as a research hub and a model farm devoted to advancing rubber production in the said region.
