#PreBid | The Department of Agriculture-12, through its Bids and Awards Committee, conducted a Pre-Bid Conference for agricultural projects worth more than PhP630-million today, December 1, at the DA-12 Conference Hall in Koronadal City, South Cotabato.
Various suppliers โcoming from Region 12, Davao, and Quezon City, for infrastructures, goods, and services participated in this pre-bid conference while some attended through a virtual conference platform.
Part of the said projects are to be procured under Early Procurement Activities (EPA) as it helps streamline procurement processes, reduces delays, ensures timely acquisition of resources, and mitigates risks by identifying and addressing procurement needs ahead of time.
