#PRDPNews | President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos, Jr. awards the No Objection Letter No. 2 (NOL2) to four municipalities with proposed farm-to-market road subprojects in region 12. The NOL2 was personally awarded by President Marcos to the Local Chief Executives and their representative during his visit in Alabel, Sarangani Province on April 11, 2025, where he subsequently launched the Agri-Puhunan at Pantawid Program and turned-over farm machineries and equipments to Farmer Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs).
