It has come to our attention that some individuals are impersonating the Secretary on various social media platforms and messaging apps, soliciting financial assistance and engaging in other unlawful activities. These individuals are using the Secretaryβs contact number and image to create the false impression that the requests are coming from the Secretary.
If you have received or should you receive any such request, you are hereby directed to (1) ignore the request and (2) call the Office of the Secretary at telephone no. (02) 8273-2474 local 2282 to confirm any supposed instruction.
