The RAED 12 through SRES Chief Engr. Nolito R. Garcia, Jr. together with representatives from OPAG-Cotabato headed by Acting PA Remedios M. Hernandez, Provincial ABE Engr. Ma. Elena E. Ragonton and Prov. Rice Coordinator Allan Coronado, had attended the Public Hearing re “An ordinance instituting and implementing the Registration of Ownership of Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery and Equipment within the territorial jurisdiction of Antipas”.
The ordinance was presented to different barangay officials of Antipas, Farmer Associations President/representatives and other farmer leaders.
This is in accordance with the joint MC no. 2018-02 by the DA and DILG in pursuant to Section 19 of RA 10601 known as the AFMech Law.
