In an interview with media personnel from Koronadal City, Department of Agriculture (DA) 12 OIC Regional Executive Director Dr. John Pascual highlighted the importance of the Young Farmers Challenge (YFC) Program in empowering the youth to engage in the agri-fishery sector and contribute to the region’s agricultural development.
The DA 12 will stage the YFC Regional Awarding Ceremony today, November 8, to recognize the winners of the program’s three categories —open, intercollegiate, and upscale.
Winners will receive cheques as financial assistance to support their chosen agri-fishery enterprises.
