#PhBenchmarkLab | The Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of General Santos City commended the Regional Soils Laboratory (RSL) 12 of the Department of Agriculture 12 as a benchmark laboratory in the country for fertilizer and plant tissue analysis by Taiwan Agriculture Research Institute based on a five-year review of performance on Proficiency Testing (PT).

The award was given today, May 9, 2023 during the 33rd Regular Session of the 20th Sangguniang Panlungsod at the Session Hall, Legislative Building.

PT program is designed to offer the participating laboratories the opportunity of comparing their analytical results with those of other laboratories in light of maintaining and improving the quality of soil, plant and fertilizer testing laboratories in the Asia-Pacific region.
