#OAP | To secure certification for involvement in organic farming and producing organic goods and products, the Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standard (BAFS) together with the Department of Agriculture RFO 12 – Organic Agriculture Program (OAP) conducted a thorough Table and Witness Audit to People’s Action for Liberative Agricultural Industry (PALAI) Inc. – Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) Group from February 20-23, 2024 in Sto. Niño, South Cotabato.
This was conducted through a physical meeting, interview, observation and sampling files.
Through this activity, the capabilities and competencies of the PGS – Organic Certifying Body (OCB) provider will be assessed that will corroborate the program’s integrity.
