Home owners from Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development and black pepper growers form different barangays in the said city engaged in this activity.
Attendees also get the opportunity to tour the rooftop garden established by the DA 12.
At the end of the training, the DA12-NUPAP also distributed vegetable seeds and garden tools to the participants.
